Ireland rolls back proposed cap on short-term rentals

Ireland has adjusted proposed STR regulations, raising the population threshold for affected municipalities from 10,000 to 20,000 residents. This change reduces covered cities and towns from over 60 to 39, aiming to balance tourism needs with the housing crisis.
