Summary

Richard and Erika are buying a property in Costa Rica and provide a behind the scenes look at the survey process before they finalize their purchase. Despite nobody requiring one, Richard hired a surveyor to determine the correct amount of land he was under contract to buy; Turns out, the old survey from the 1970's was inaccurate, so Richard and Erika were going to meet with an architect to update the survey of their property, as well as to discuss plans for building an addition.
