Summary

The host shares a story about managing a cliffside penthouse that the owner wanted to keep on Airbnb. However, the other residents were not in agreement. After a process of warnings, the homeowners passed a bylaw that required 75% of the owners' approval for something to happen. Although, the owner and host were eventually sued, they made plenty of money delaying the process.
