To host a short-term rental in Dundee, you must obtain a Type II Land Use permit and a city business license. Rentals are only allowed in single-family houses, and you cannot have an STR within 500 feet of another one. Additionally, you can only own one STR permit in the city and must provide at least two off-street parking spaces.
